Summary:
The Business Systems Analyst will be the primary point of contact supporting ERP (NetSuite) for the Company, as well as drive and support new technical and business practices as they arise. This role will work with both business stakeholders as well as IT to ensure that NetSuite and related systems are operational, compliant, and meeting critical business needs. ERP responsibilities include ensuring that all aspects of the modules within NetSuite are employed, fully functional, interface properly with other platforms and are scalable to the business. Other responsibilities include working with third-party vendors, maintaining strong cross-functional relationships, and assisting with project and support deliverables on an ongoing basis. This position will report to the Senior Manager, Information Technology.
Responsibilities
- Manage user access and provision roles and data access within NetSuite based on organization-defined data security policies and user role matrix.
- Build and tailor custom NetSuite roles per business requirements.
- Review and audit NetSuite accounts, permissions, and access rights. Align segregation of duties and security profiles.
- Create and run searches or reports as required to extract relevant data.
- Work with internal staff and third-party vendors to update and communicate environment maintenance schedules, refresh schedules, and outages.
- Monitor and communicate system performance metrics and work with internal staff and third-party vendors to resolve any issues.
- Assist with other vendor management duties, including license management, oversight and compliance.
- Project Management and system enhancement rollout skills, including required documentation, requirements gathering, training and embedding systemic change.
- Proficient in problem solving, root cause analysis, and workaround solutions.

Requirements
- BA/BS degree required.
- 3 or more years of experience in NetSuite ERP preferred.
- 3 or more years of experience in cGMP/FDA/ISO related to cosmetic and OTC products preferred.
- Hands on knowledge in how systems interface with and support a customer centric business.
- Experience with iPaaS and middleware tools preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, with employees and all other internal and external contacts
- Ability to think strategically and be extremely detail oriented

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time
- The person in this position needs to occasionally stoop, bend, and kneel
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer
- Ability to lift/move inventory more than 20 pounds
- Must be able to perform the physical tasks required by the position
