Why You Need a Skincare Plan & How to Start a New Skincare Regimen

The skin is the body’s largest exposed organ. Your skin works 24/7/365 to protect your body from the environment, including that pesky sun (one of the skin’s biggest enemies).

Good question, though the answer depends on you. For some, like those who have a history of skin cancer in the family, or are at a higher risk for skin problems, your dermatologist may recommend a visit every three or four months. For most though, an annual visit to the dermatologist is a good idea.
